Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take to make an appointment?
Depending on need, MFS will make it their goal to have you seen ASAP. If your intake for services is scheduled out further than the need for support, our emergency services staff can see you for appointments while you wait.
What if I am in crisis?
MFS offers 24/7 Emergency Services Support.
What is the cost for services?
Cost is based on the type of insurance one has and co-pays involved. Payment arrangements can be made when making appointments.
Can I pay my bill online?
Currently, no.
Can I just get my medications at MFS?
No, MFS believes that quality care is more of a wrap-around service, based on need. Most consumers have a case manager and/or a therapist, but we also offer InShape, Supported employment, emergency services, medication supports, and more.
Can my records go to another Party?
Only upon a signed release from you.
How is MFS funded?
Funding to MFS comes from client fees, private health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, public support from individuals and businesses, and federal grants.
