Emerald House is a ten-bed residential treatment center that is transitional in nature. We offer an individualized year-long program that specializes in teaching independent living skills. Residents are required to complete three distinct phases that measure their readiness in medication management, activities of daily living and symptom management. Some individuals require a longer stay in order to achieve their goals.
Emerald House offers a safe, confidential environment for those looking to achieve their recovery goals within the community.
Any chronic and persistently mentally ill adult, age 18 and over, who receives services through Monadnock Family Services is eligible for treatment through Emerald House.
Emerald House is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All staff are trained in Mental Illness recovery Services, CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration/Distribution, Blood Borne Pathogens and Clients’ Rights.
